Welcome to Luis US Open SUV & Limo Service. By booking with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.


1. Reservations & Booking Confirmation

All reservations must be made in advance and are confirmed via email, SMS, or phone.

The company reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.


2. Rates & Payment

Rates quoted may not include tolls, parking, waiting time, or gratuity. These may be added to the final bill.

Payment is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise pre-arranged.

A valid credit card must be provided to secure all reservations.


3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid charges.

Cancellations made within 24 hours or failure to show up at the scheduled pickup time will result in a full fare charge.


4. Delays & Liability

Luis US Open SUV & Limo Service is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

The company is not liable for missed flights, events, or appointments due to such delays.


5. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must behave respectfully and safely at all times.

Smoking, drug use, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

The driver reserves the right to terminate service without refund in cases of unsafe or inappropriate conduct.


6. Alcohol & Damage Policy

At any time, if passengers have consumed alcohol and cause damage, spillage, vomiting, or require excessive cleaning, the full cost of repair and/or cleaning will be charged to the credit card on file/hold.

The client assumes full responsibility for any damages to the interior or exterior of the vehicle caused by passengers.


7. Cleaning & Damage Fees

Standard cleaning is included, but excessive cleaning (including spills, stains, or odors) will incur additional fees.

Damage to the vehicle’s upholstery, electronics, or structure will be billed to the client’s credit card.


8. Lost or Left Items

Luis US Open SUV & Limo Service is not responsible for items left in vehicles. Please ensure you check for belongings before leaving the vehicle.


9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York.
